It is a lightly fermented, spherical oolong tea grown at an altitude of 200 to 300 meters, known as Four Season Light Oolong due to its ability to be harvested in all four seasons. The tea leaves can be harvested multiple times a year, making it reasonably priced and suitable for both cold and hot beverages. It is an excellent choice for commercial use among Taiwanese teas. Brewing method: use a tea-to-water ratio of 1:15. Steep for one minute for the first brew, and add 40 seconds for the second brew, and so on. Please store in a cool, dry place and consume as soon as possible after opening.

This tea has the lightest fermentation degree among semi-fermented oolong teas, offering an initial light floral aroma and a lingering, refreshing sweetness in its aftertaste. This fully fermented, cord-shaped black tea is renowned as Taiwan No. 18 tea. It is cultivated from a blend of Myanmar’s large leaf species and Taiwanese wild leaf species, offering an initial rich aroma of cinnamon and longan, followed by a sweet, fruity black tea aftertaste. For brewing, a 1:20 tea-to-water ratio is recommended, with an initial steeping time of 40 seconds, and an additional 30 seconds for each subsequent brew. After opening, it is best stored in a dry and cool place.
