Brewing method: use a tea-to-water ratio of 1:15. Steep for one minute for the first brew, add 30 seconds for the second brew, and so on. It is a heavily fermented and roasted oolong, with 150g per pack. The unique roasting method accentuates the difference between the initial taste and the aftertaste of the tea. The first impression is a robust roasted tea aroma, followed by a smooth, mellow aftertaste. Ideal for hot or cold beverages, it also pairs well with dairy products.
